To provide a Network System Solution, we typically begin with a Needs Analysis. This analysis provides a general outline of what the client can reasonably expect out of a network and how the implementation of new technologies will benefit their business. This is particularly important to many architects and engineers -- who deal almost entirely with intellectual property and often fail to protect it. Following the Needs Analysis, we recommend specific hardware and software combinations to meet those needs. We are committed to our clients, not a particular manufacturer. Therefore we recommend whatever systems work best for the client, no matter what make or model. After agreeing on an appropriate schedule with the client, we will install and/or configure new and existing hardware and software. This will integrate the different hardware systems and software packages into a cohesive network to meet the client's expectations outlined in the Needs Analysis. Because we understand that the success of the new network is predicated by the end users' ability to use the system and management's ability to operate it, we provide in-house training on how to operate the new network. We also develop a user manual -- written in plain English -- tailored to the specific functions of the new network and provide thirty days of free telephone technical support. For a client's ongoing support needs, we offer a Maintenance Plan to keep the network operating at peak standards. A Maintenance Plan will typically include one site visit per month and telephone technical support. This service provides a continual needs analysis and changes to the network are recommended as necessary to meet changing business and technical environments. This service helps to put a price tag on many of the 'hidden' costs of running a network, namely support and education.
