Scott Sharer of Communication Design Group (CDG) has teamed up with Steve Thorburn of Thorburn Associates, Inc (TA), to assist Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company with the multi-point video conference design for three auditorium sites. The design provides state-of-the-art communications for the management team while reducing travel costs.
Scott Sharer, CTS, is the owner of Communication Design Group in Tybee Island, Georgia. CDG deals in sophisticated presentation and communications systems in a vast range of technology areas -- from video and audio conferencing to Internet VRML. Steven J. Thorburn, PE, CTS-D, CTS-I, is co-owner of Thorburn Associates, Inc in Castro Valley, CA. TA is a full service design and engineering firm specializing in acoustic and technology related systems. Steve holds dual BS degrees from Michigan Technological University in Electrical Engineering and Technical Theatre. He is a licensed engineer in 10 states. He was ICIA Educator of the Year in 1997.
