Developed an A/V programming document for a proposed two-story conference and training facility which could also function as an EOC. The facility would contain two large divisible conference rooms and four smaller separate conference rooms. The divisible conference rooms would have six linked video monitors to display the image from one VCR, and a speech reinforcement system. This system would allow for audio archive, microphone mixing, as well as speech reinforcement to be routed within the room as the room combination changes.

Created audiovisual programs for two separate areas, the MP 400 Conference Room and the EOC Conference Area. The MP 400 will be used by several departments for training sessions, presentations, workshops and conference calls. The EOC is alternately used for team meetings, dam operators training, and orientations.
