Designed loudspeaker placement and subtle room finish details to improve acoustics in a 2,400 square foot historic courtroom and law library with seating for over 300 people. These rooms are rented out for gatherings and banquets. The main goal of the renovation was to improve the acoustics without significantly altering the original appearance of the courtroom.

Acoustical analysis of the Cordiner Hall lobby, a very reverberant space whose acoustics made it difficult to use for pre-function activities and dinner parties. Recommendations were provided for acoustical wall finishes and loudspeaker placement.

Complete renovation of hotel, after purchase by new owners, including audiovisual system design and construction administration for the ballroom/conference center upgrade. System requirements included multiple head table locations, signal delay, microphones, background music, auxiliary inputs and ADA hearing assistance system. Board room system requirements included speech and audio reproduction, slide, video, and computer graphics display.

Room acoustics, mechanical noise/vibration control, sound isolation and audiovisual system programming for a 14,400 square foot country club.

Upgrades include presentation lighting, projection screens, room acoustics, and speaker systems.
